A few years ago, my five-year-old son, Harrison, scored his first soccer goal. In that pure, electric moment, he spun toward the sidelines to celebrate with me, only to find me staring down at my phone. I missed it. Completely. That single glance taught me something I couldn’t ignore: my relationship with technology had gotten in the way of my most important human relationships.

That realization became the spark for Aro, the technology company I co-founded to help families reclaim millions of tech-free moments together. Over seven years, we served tens of thousands of people and saw real, hopeful change.

Today, I bring that same message to stages across the country. Through honest stories, practical strategies, and an unshakeable belief in what’s possible, I help leaders, parents, and teams lead with presence, strengthen their faith and family connections, and do more meaningful work.
